Confidentiality

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these terms or engage in illegal activities.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
